we provide one of the best support & it’s evident from star rating given to our apps in store, but we observed that some customers are using proxy emails (or) bot generated emails (ex: outlook_8EA326A7045B772A@outlook.com) to send us support request, we can’t deliver response to such emails.

hence if you are serious to get support from us we request you not to use such emails to communicate with us, or else there is nothing much we can do, hope you understand our concern.

  1. I paid to upgrade to scan SD cards, I’ve tried over 30 times and each time it goes extremely slow, times out and wants to scan again
    I would like money back now before I have to start charging you for my engineers time in wasting time using this unless App
    I have updated software on an O2 Xperia

  2. I have a lot of duplicate photo with different name and I paid for the prime version.
    It can’t find the duplicate photo. I think its only looking at the file names.

      our app finds only “genuine duplicates (100% same content)” , name doesn’t matter, the lot of duplicate photos you are talking about might be “visually similar images”, our app never detects visually similar images.

  3. My app crashes when I try to ask for duplicate on sd card its a note 8 phone and I just paid for premium SVC fix or cancel premium svc

Every time I try and click on one of the scan items (videos or all of them) it goes to the next screen and starts to show the required authorization for the SD Card a message pops up saying “Documents has closed” and then it goes back to the item selection page. I really don’t know what to do about this I’m at a total loss. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
