Result: v4 is approximately 77% more memory-efficient than v3, and CPU efficiency is also better in v4.

I recently downloaded Duplicates Cleaner and purchased the upgrade through Microsoft and it shows up on my Microsoft account , however the purchase has not transfered to the cleaner app so I cannot use the upgrade. please help.

I have been using version 3 Prime without any problems. It worked great, and it was one of my favourite apps. However, I recently updated to version 4 Prime, and unfortunately, it is only locating a few random duplicates. Any suggestions as to how to rectify this annoyance, or is it possible to somehow revert to version 3 Prime.
