we have started migrating all of our windows apps (running on windows 10) to minimum OS build 16299 Fall Creators Update, this effects users who are using windows 10 build below 16299, from now on app updates are available only to users using higher windows 10 build (>=16299), hence we request all users to stay updated, if you have any concerns feel free to contact our support.
I am using the paid app and regardless of what I do, the program does not recognize I paid for it. Yes, I downloaded the program. Yes, I used the link tech support gave me to the MS store. Yes, this is not working at all.

search “Duplicates Cleaner” in microsoft store & install from there.
I just paid for the update so I could scan for empty folders. I would like to delete empty folders. This thing keeps crashing though.

The paid app on Win 10 scans until about 0% is done and then closes down without deleting duplicates.
