Estoy intentando limpiar duplicados.
En un disco, me encuentra 133 Gb de ficheros duplicados.
Cuando doy a Exportar lo hace bien y me crea la copia de seguridad.
Cuando doy a eliminar no lo hace, borra como 10 gb solo y no hace nada mas.
Me pueden ayudar

i look for a duplicate finder and has find your free Programm in the Microsoft Store. Download and try on 5 Folders. Wow… find everything. Great.
But….
i have 15 other folders with duplicates and the programm find nothing!
ok… try the Fullversion, download and new try… but there no results…
whats wrong?

Contact our support for any ‘specific issues’ with app.
PDF Jack 7.6.5 is a great app. However, it doesn’t support High Contrast Theme on Windows 10. Instead it shows a black background on text and on the main app as completely back with the squares with text or “icon” in color. Normally is shows white background, which I suppose is acceptable for most users.
However, please add routines which follow Microsoft developer guidelines to support visually impaired users, such as am I. Microsoft’s own applications follow this and are usable by me and others so afflicted. In your app, the all white backgrounds are particularly painful for more that a few minutes to my post-cancer-treatment eyes.
I would even accept a partial support following section 5 below to ease my eyestrain and allow my using for all but the most abbreviated sessions.

Is there a feature where I can select the preferred folder to delete files
For example
c:\data\photos\$date\ for storing pictures.
from there I copy all pictures to c:\data\photos\$date\work where I “photoshop” some of them.
When i run Duplicates Cleaner all pictures, which were not manipulated in the work folder, show up.
Now the app shows me which file is going to be deleted and unfortunately it’s not always the File in the Work Folder, so I have to manually select it. (Folder Structure is not always as simple as in example)
So either it would be cool to be able to say:
First Delete always in Folder c:/data/photos/*/work
Anything like this on the roadmap?

I bought the paid version Duplicates Cleaner Prime for PC on April 15, 2020.
I have added the .txt extension in the Custom Type option but Duplicate Cleaner does not detect such duplicates files.

I am running DCP 3.0.2 on Win 10, and it doesn’t find duplicates in different directories even though I know they are there. Ideas?
Also, is there a way to set which file is marked as delete? I normally compare an import folder against a library folder and always want to keep what is already in the library folder…

our app detects only genuine duplicates (100% content match), please contact our support for further assistance.
I have installed the free version, it works pretty fine but with some exceptions. So I created a separate folder to test, 3 MOV files of the same video there, 2 of them are identical with different name and the other one is with different size. The program did not find any duplicates. Wanted to make sure this won’t happen if I purchase the paid version. The Support feature in the app is not working (probably because free version). I would like to see if I can submit the samples for you to check, size of the folder is about 11MB.

Is there a feature to work on SIMILAR photos? I have actually the very same photo with a slight clearer light or so, and the program currently doesn’t detect those files. Maybe also a feature to help choose the best of a set of similar photos (we do that so often in the attempt to get at least one good shot, but the choosing/cleaning-working is endless afterwards!)
