This version would take complete departure from previous version in terms of UI/Design, we have implemented ultra modern design
We have included 2 brand new features in this version for premium users (you won’t find these in any other app) based on given feedback, we don’t want to reveal these as to give surprise to you 🙂

Hi,
I have been using duplicate cleaner for almost two years. It worked very good but in the past weeks, I noticed after scan it would NOT check mark the duplicate items. Before it would put a check mark and show how much space I can eliminate if approved. Now nothing is checked marked and I have to manually look at all the duplicates it shows me and have to manually check them to erase.
What can I do to have the same as before ? Does it give me an option. I wanted to share a snapshot so you can see my problem. But can not find a way to send it to you.

Can this app find duplicates between internal storage and SD storage and One Drive storage and Google storage? Also, I tried clicking on SD storage, but it didn’t go in to look! I just upgraded to the premium, thinking that must be my problem, but the same thing happened! I just can’t get it to work correctly. Now, what do I do?

as of now our app doesn’t scan internal & SD Card at once, you can scan them individually or use ‘Custom Folder’ option.

You should be able to determine which picture is to be deleted.
Suggestion: compare date of storage and have a switch to keep either the older or the newer version

So far so good..Although…….I’m certain that I have more than 3 duplicates… then again…they may not be exactly the same, but very similar**..Possibly…you can include a way to find similar photos… then check the worst one..or to give the option to delete one or the other? (of the 2 similar photos)– in an update…or future version of DC? Thank you for considering my suggestion!

This app is useless. I ha nearly 300 pics of my children children should be 93,I have tried numerous times on this app to delete copies. NOTHING HAPPENS !!!!!
Same with my music. Absolute rubbish. I may as well resign myself to plugging into the mains and try to do it by hand and hope I dont delete anything by mistake.
I CANNOT tell you how much I’m DISAPPOINTED by this app.

our app finds “genuine duplicates” (100% content match), not similar files, if you have any other concerns contact our support, we will do our best to resolve your issue.

I purchased the latest Android version. I have tons of duplicates in audio SD card. Is there simple directions anywhere? I must be missing the complete “How to” guide

When i scan my sdcard the software finds about 8gb of duplicates.. but when i delete all of them they keep returning when i rescan my sdcard..

Version 3 is in it’s final phase of testing, it shall be available soon & nothing to worry, scanning cloud storage is on our to-do list but as of now it’s not included in version 3, when it’s available in one of the future updates you shall be intimated, have a great day 🙂
